By using AirConditionerQuote™, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

AirConditionerQuote™ is an online pricing and information platform. It provides estimated fully installed air conditioner replacement pricing and, where available, connects homeowners with one participating local installer.

Estimated Pricing

All pricing shown on AirConditionerQuote™ is an estimated fully installed price range based on the information available about your home, your answers about your cooling system, market cost data, and participating installer pricing where available.

Estimates are not binding quotes, offers, or guarantees. Final equipment selection, installation requirements, and pricing must be confirmed by the installing contractor before any work begins. Actual pricing may differ based on in-home conditions, code requirements, equipment availability, and the scope of work agreed between you and the installer.

In territories without a participating installer, pricing is generated by the AirConditionerQuote™ market pricing engine and is provided for educational purposes.

One Participating Installer

Each territory has a single participating AirConditionerQuote™ installer. When you choose to continue, your quote opportunity — including your contact information, home details, system information, and pricing selections — is shared with that one installer only.

Continuing with the participating installer does not obligate you to purchase anything. Any conversation, inspection, proposal, or agreement after the introduction is between you and the installer.

The Installation Agreement

AirConditionerQuote™ does not sell, install, service, or warrant air conditioners and does not perform installations. Any purchase or installation agreement is solely between you and the installer.

The installer is an independent business responsible for its own licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, workmanship, warranties, and compliance with applicable laws. AirConditionerQuote™ is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any agreement, work, or dispute between you and the installer.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the home details and system information you confirm or provide. Inaccurate information may produce less accurate pricing.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape or reproduce its content commercially without permission, or submit false or fraudulent information.

Contractor Accounts and Territories

Participating installers pay a monthly subscription for an exclusive territory. Territory availability, subscription pricing, and account terms are shown during the application process and in the contractor dashboard.

AirConditionerQuote™ may approve, suspend, or remove installer accounts or territories for failure to maintain pricing, licensing, insurance, or acceptable service standards.

Intellectual Property

The AirConditionerQuote™ name, logo, platform design, pricing engine, and site content are the property of AirConditionerQuote™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirConditionerQuote™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on estimated pricing, installer work, or use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date below. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
